This weekend was the first time in 9 years that Brent and I have gotten away for a weekend. We had a fabulous time together! On Friday evening we went to a comedy club called "Wits End." It was fun to do something that we don't usually do. After the show we drove down to Denver to our hotel. On Saturday morning we went to the Museum of Nature and Science. It was busy, but it was still relaxing without having to make sure the kids were okay. We went to an IMAX show about Space Junk here as well. After the museum we went to a session at the temple. For dinner we went to the Sunburst Grill, a Phillipino restaurant, that we have been wanting to try for a while. Brent LOVED it, but it wasn't my favorite. We picked up a couple of dozen Krispy Kremes, slept in on Sunday morning, and headed back in time for church. It wasn't long enough, but it was rejuvenating. Thank you Brent for a fabulous weekend away!
